becomes accountable for his behavior as we also do not condone any kind of misbehavior. We had made sure to discuss this matter with [him/her] so [he/she] knows why [he/she] needs to be reprimanded.
[Student’s name]’s actions have caused you and the other faculty members a lot of problems. We once again apologize and ask for your pardon. We willmake sure that you will see a big improvement in [his/her] behavior moving forward.
